Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Ozzie is a product of Gray’s Autonomy (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email, company, and password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Business content you provide — leads, sales scripts, knowledgebase documents, and persona settings you upload to run Ozzie.
- Call data — transcripts, recordings (when enabled), call outcomes, and AI-generated summaries of calls Ozzie places or answers on your behalf.
- Usage data — connected talk time and feature usage, used for billing and to improve the service.
How we use it
- To operate Ozzie: place and answer calls, ground responses in your knowledgebase, and report results back to you.
- To bill you accurately on connected talk time.
- To improve call quality from the feedback you give on your own calls.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the subprocessors that make Ozzie work — telephony (Twilio), AI model providers, and voice synthesis — and only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your data. We never use one customer’s content to serve another.
Call recording & consent
Ozzie always discloses that it is an AI assistant on live calls, and handles recording consent according to the callee’s jurisdiction. See our Call compliance page for details.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data, disable call recording, and close your account at any time. Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
